What's covered

Every supplement we sell carries the same 60-day money-back guarantee — bundles, single SKUs, and subscriptions. The guarantee starts the day your order is delivered.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, take a photo of the issue and email us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge — no need to return the original.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel an active subscription at any time from your Subscribe page or by emailing support. Subscriptions cancelled after a delivery has been dispatched will take effect from the next billing cycle.
