UK delivery

Orders placed before 1pm GMT, Monday to Friday, ship the same working day. Order on weekends or bank holidays and we'll dispatch the next working day.

International delivery

Customs and import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated at checkout where possible.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse you'll receive an email with a live tracking link. You can also use the Track Order page anytime with your order number and email.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, email support@vitamynx.co.uk and we'll either re-send your order or refund you in full — your choice.
